Pretty solid game, also pretty simple. Still fun to play even if it is a bit old.

This is nice. As someone with dyscalculia, I often struggle with simple arithmetic under pressure. This is a really neat exercise for this. I get mental fatigue pretty fast from playing this and can't get past the first level of the dungeon before my abilities just break down lol. But, that's what's required to exercise that mental muscle. Hoping to be able to unlock deeper levels in future. I also think a mini-map would be a good idea (someone else suggested it below) as I found myself going around in circles a lot. But overall nice game!

As someone with a few learning differences myself, I am very happy to hear that you like my game and find it useful. Adding the minimap is a little bit tricky, but I will definitely look into it. Meanwhile, I've created a map of the dungeon that you can use as a reference (https://img.itch.zone/aW1nLzE0MTg1NjM5LnBuZw==/original/AQWVcX.png). Let me know if you can think of any other features you would like, and good luck venturing deeper into the dungeon.

I had reviewed the previous version of this game here on this site without realising that you had a newer one uploaded, and obviously it is a vast improvement on the previous and improves on the areas that I really felt the previous one needed. Nice game!

It's actually a really neat idea and I can tell a lot of love went into this. Unfortunately, the battles go by way too fast and I can't figure out what's going on. The number values are never up for long enough nor are they clear enough to tell how big those numbers are, same with abilities when they're used. Took a while to figure out you're supposed to drag cards into the empty slots to make them activate. Still managed to win the first few times but I don't feel like it was anything I actually did since I didn't know what I was doing. Maybe a tutorial mode or something might help? And maybe a slower pace of the fights?

While there isn't much of a game there as such, you have to appreciate the time it was done in, and how it manages to tell a story that hits close to home without any words.

I think it's an alright game, haven't had any issues, and it's even kind of educational. It gets a bit boring sometimes, but it's one of those things you just check in on every so often I guess rather than sit down to play for a session? Not bad.
